Plywood Universal Modular Van Racking and Shelving Tool Case Holder System. Comes complete with Five(5) tool case shelves and One(1) top tray shelf.

All units are cut to order by a state of the art CNC machine. Heavy duty and hard wearing and made to last - specifically designed to withstand the rough and tumble of a working van.

The system is a unique modular design. Units can be bolted together to create extra length and a bespoke solution for your racking/shelving needs at an affordable price.

All units are manufactured from CE marked 12mm Birch plywood.

The units are constructed using traditional mortise and tenon joints (front, back, base and sides) - so ensuring strength and durability. In addition to the mortise and tenon joints all shelves are then nailed together.

The unit can be assembled in under 10 minutes using a 13mm spanner or socket. Shelves are supplied fully assembled. The only assembly required is to bolt the shelves to the side panels. All coach bolts, washers and nyloc nuts are supplied. One Top Tray divider is supplied. Dividers are secured using screws (supplied).

The Units can be fitted using L shaped brackets (not supplied), screwed, bolted or riveted.

External Size: (H)1237mm x (W)500mm x (D)384mm.
Individual Shelf Internal Size: (H)160mm x ( W)452mm.
Shelf Back: External (H)150mm - Internal (H)138mm.

Gap from the top tool case shelf to the underside of the top tray is 120mm

Top Tray Internal Size: (H)138mm x ( W)452mm x (D)360mm.
Top Tray Front: External (H)150mm - Internal (H)138mm
Top Tray Back: External (H)150mm - Internal (H)138mm
