If you find any of our products cheaper elsewhere on the internet, email us the website address and we'll try to change our online price to beat it.
2. What is the delivery time from point of order?
We aim to have all items dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. All delivery timescales are anticipated and are not guaranteed.
3. Delivery charges?
We offer free delivery within the mainland UK (Please see question 4 below).
4. Northern Scottish and non UK mainland Deliveries?
We do not deliver outside the mainland UK. The Scottish Highlands and following post codes AB, HA, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA and PH may incur an extra delivery charge. If a customer from one of the postcode areas places an order online, the customer will be contacted by phone or email and given the option to pay any extra charges or cancel the order. Dependant on the Manufacturer and delivery company the extra charge is usually £25.00 + Vat. We do not make any money from the extra delivery charges.
5. Is Vat included?
As our terms and conditions state, we are a business to business including sole traders operation, therefore all prices quoted are exclusive of Vat.
6. Can I order over the phone?
Yes, however we would prefer it if you ordered online. We understand that many people do not wish to order van accessories online, so we accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone. If you wish to place an order over the phone please email us using our contact form and you will be called back asap.
7. What are your hours of opening?
Our opening times are as follows:-
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
8. Can I collect the goods from your premises?
No, we are an internet reseller only and do not hold stock at our premises. All products are sent directly from the manufacturer.
9. Can I receive a phone call before the delivery arrives?
Delivery comments are always passed to the manufacturer/courier but we often find that due to the number of deliveries in a day that carriers are expected to make, they are unable to phone prior to making the delivery, they are supplied with a contact phone number but this is only used if they are having difficulty in finding your property.
10. Do you offer a supply and fit service?
No, but we highly recommend Plyline UK Ltd
who are able to supply and fit most of the products listed on our websites.
11. Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, when the order is placed at our website, we use industry leading secure server technology that implements Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to protect your details and assist your shopping experience. SSL is the industry standard for encryption and enables secure online transactions. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Your credit card details are decrypted and processed by Sage Pay
. They are not held in clear text on any web site. In summary, your payment details and personal details are safe when you order.
12. What is MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa?MasterCard SecureCode
or Verified by Visa
could be described as the online equivalents of chip and pin. They have been implemented by your credit / debit card issuer for your security. Please do not hesitate to contact your card issuer if you have any questions or queries.
13. Does PayPal accept credit / debit card payments?
Yes, PayPal is very flexible. If you don't have a PayPal account you can pay for our products using their credit card form. Some people find this advantageous if they have not set up their Secured by MasterCard or Verified by Visa passwords.
14. My delivery has arrived but no Vat invoice?
Your Vat invoice will be posted within 10 working days.
